    We offer 24/7 video surveillance, motion detection through out the property. Cleveland and Newton facilities are fully fenced and gated entry with different codes to each tenant.

    Security is important to us, we also offer a free high quality disc lock to each new tenant.

  • What are your lease terms?

    Lease terms at Bauer Storage are month to month. Flexibility is important to us as we know storage needs can change quickly.

  • What are my payment options?

    We offer a few different payment options for the ease of our tenants.

    • Credit or Debit Card ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
    • ACH Payment
    • Auto Pay
  • Is Rental Insurance required at your facility?

    While we strongly encourage our tenants to enroll in the Tenant Protection that we offer due to convenience, it is not required to purchase this, and you may show proof of your own insurance.

    We offer "Tenant Protection" to our self storage renters.
