For $10.00, you may reserve a unit for 14 days. This $10.00 will be applied towards your first months rent once your lease agreement begins. This is put into place to ensure that our units are truly first come first serve.

A payment of first month's rent or prorated rental amount must be made with a credit or debit card before access is granted into a unit.

While we offer proration to our new tenants if possession is not taken on the first, we do not prorate or refund the last months rent if the lease is terminated before the end of the month. That full rental amount will still be owed.

The leased space shall be used only for the storage of non-perishable items. No animals, food items, flammables, explosives, dangerous chemicals, or other dangerous and/or illegal items will be stored therein, nor be used for residential or unlawful purposes. It is unsafe and illegal to reside in a storage unit. You will be asked to vacate the facility.

Release of Landlord’s Liability for Bodily Injury: Landlord, Landlord’s agents and/or employees shall not be liable to Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees, invitees and/or guests for injury or death to Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees, invitees and/or guests as a result of Tenant’s use of storage space or the premises, even if such injury is caused by the active or passive acts or negligence of the Landlord, Landlord’s agents and/or employees.
